After our visit to the Grand Canyon and Four Corners
we drove to Mesa Verde. A beautiful park on the top of a mountain.Here we saw both a wonderful view drom the drive up, and also some amazing dwellings on the cliff sides.
Helene achieved Junior Ranger Status during our visit to this park, a badge her parents proudly showed off the rest of the trip.
The fact that people could find a way to make a living here is amazing, and makes one wonder how much stuff do we really need - are our lives too full of stuff? I say yes, and yet I still add to the pile!!!
