On Dec 28th Helene was baptized in St. Olav's Church. We had invited all of our families to help us celebrate this wonderful day. After the ceremony we had a lunch for 50 people, and then later on we had a wonderful dinner for 18 at Olav's parent's house.
Helene didn't really mind getting water on her head, but when she wiggled and got water in her eyes she let us know that wasn't so cool!
Auntie Janicke and Auntie Merete are now God-Mothers for Helene
Here Helene takes a little nap after all the goings on of the day - being centre of attention can be taxing!
This is the table we set for the dinner, a beautiful table and a glorious dinner for 18. There were wonderful and funny speeches. And for dessert, Farmor Hazel had made Pappa Olav's fav - Chocolate Mousse!
